Diana and Wilmar's love story began on the Bumble dating app. After a string of unsuccessful dates, Diana was ready to delete the app until she came across Wilmar's profile. She thought he was cute and decided to give it a go. However, due to Wilmar's job that required him to travel, their first date didn't happen until a month later. They went to Axel Rad on July 8th, and it was during this date that Wilmar asked Diana to be his girlfriend.
Fast forward to April 30, 2022, when Wilmar decided to propose to Diana. They both loved riding bikes, and Wilmar had planned a biking trip that morning. Little did Diana know that he had something special planned at Buffalo Bayou Park, her favorite park in Houston. Along the way, they made a pit stop at the love lock bridge, where Wilmar surprised Diana by getting down on one knee. It turned out he had been in contact with two of her close friends, who were there to celebrate this beautiful moment with them.
The day of the proposal became even more magical for Diana. Her family and Wilmar had secretly planned an engagement party, which added to the joy and emotions of the day.
For their photography session, Diana and Wilmar dressed elegantly, with Diana wearing stunning red bottom shoes.
