this is the closest i've been to italy!
I have been looking forwarding to this wedding event for months! I love the node to Italian traditions and especially enamored with the rich emerald green details. If you know me at all, green is my jam! I knew one of the reasons this venue was chosen is because of the lush green ivy growing up the buildings.
I'm always a fan of venues with unique histories and Olde Dobbin Station in Montgomery, TX is just that, with roots dated back to the early 1900's. It was restored to its original look and feel when it was converted into a wedding venue. The buildings were originally used by oil companies as a "pumping station" and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. According to many of its locals, it later became the community swimming hole.
The venue offers both indoor and outdoor amenities, including a chapel. It's uniqueness ensures a wedding day of one's dreams!
