I recently had the most amazing engagement photography session with this adorable couple, Brooke and Anthony. Let me tell you, they are just the sweetest pair ever! It's always so heartwarming to be able to capture such special moments for couples like them.
So, let me give you a little backstory. Brooke and Anthony actually met in college through a mutual friend, and it's been over 2.5 years since they first got together. Can you believe it? They have been wanting to have some family pictures to hang in their home, and luckily, I crossed paths with Brooke on Instagram. Isn't it amazing how social media can bring people together?
Brooke even shared this funny story with me. A few months into their relationship, her mom booked a trip to Cabo a year in advance and invited Anthony along. She kept asking Brooke if they were still going to be together a year later. Little did any of them know, they would not only still be together but also welcome a furry friend into their lives and eventually get engaged a year and a half later. It's funny how life works out sometimes, isn't it?
For their engagement photography, we decided to take a leisurely stroll around The Woodlands Waterway. We were able to capture such a beautiful mix of urban and natural settings, which perfectly reflected the fun-loving and playful nature of Brooke and Anthony's relationship. They were so comfortable in front of the camera, and it really shows in the photos. We laughed so much during the shoot, and it truly felt like a joyous celebration of their love.
I just want to say that working with Brooke and Anthony was an absolute pleasure. They exuded warmth, authenticity, and intimacy, which made my job as their photographer an absolute dream. Being able to capture their special moment was such an honor, and I'm so grateful that our paths crossed.
