From High School Sweethearts to a Denver Proposal
Marie and Kris's journey began in 2012, during their senior year of high school. While life took them on separate paths for a while, fate intervened in 2020 through a mutual friend. Their connection rekindled instantly, and it was clear their story was far from over.
Kris, with a touch of romantic mischief, planned a surprise weekend getaway to Denver. Although Marie had a hunch a proposal was coming, Kris still managed to completely sweep her off her feet at a breathtaking lake in Estes Park. He got down on one knee on a picturesque dock surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. Little did Marie know, Kris had cleverly enlisted two friends, disguised as "bird-watchers," to capture the entire magical moment. It's a testament to the importance of a skilled photographer engagement for these once-in-a-lifetime events!
Finding the Perfect Location for a Houston Engagement Photographer
For their engagement session, we chose a beautiful outdoor location within Houston's Memorial Park. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for their unique and joyful dynamic.
