In the heart of The Woodlands lies a hidden gem, Peach Orchard, a sanctuary where love blossoms amidst nature's embrace. Recently, this idyllic setting bore witness to a styled wedding orchestrated by the visionary talents of florist Heather Bostick, owner and lead designer with the Fashionable Florist. With an eye for detail and a passion for floral artistry, Heather curated an experience that seamlessly blended the vibrancy of spring with the timeless elegance of romance.

Crafting Meadow-Inspired Ambiance: The Chapel

"I aimed to craft a meadow-inspired ambiance within the chapel, evoking the imminent arrival of spring through its elegantly paned windows," Heather shared, with enthusiasm for her creation. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape, she meticulously chose a vibrant palette of bright peaches and hot pink roses, elevated by the height and depth provided by blue delphiniums. Lavender larkspur served as the thread weaving through these bright hues, while the addition of pink-tinted Willow, Cherry, and Forsythia Yellow branches added a unique and captivating touch, reminiscent of a meadow in full bloom.

A Feast for the Senses: The Reception

As guests made their way to the reception area, they were greeted by a sight that took their breath away. Heather's vision for the reception tables was nothing short of spectacular. "For the reception tables, I envisioned the coral peonies as the focal point, captivating guests with their beauty," Heather explained. Each table was adorned with a stunning arrangement featuring coral peonies, complemented by orange-pink snapdragons for height and salmon and orange ranunculus for texture. French tulips, in season and exuding elegance, were reflexed to create a captivating effect, sparking intrigue among guests. To maintain a cohesive look, peach vases stood alongside white compote vases, perfectly complementing the table setting and delicate macaroons. Embracing the trend of modern Della Robbia, Heather incorporated fruit into the arrangements and onto the tables, adding a contemporary and stylish element to the reception décor.

Elevating Elegance: The 1928 Ford Model A

To enhance the elegance of the 1928 Ford Model A, Heather adorned it with an assortment of eucalyptus, peach and hot pink roses, and her favorite flower, the butterfly ranunculus. This charming display not only added depth but also introduced a touch of whimsy, captivating guests with its delightful and unexpected beauty.

Bridal Bouquets: A Symphony of Peach and Pink

The bridal bouquets served as a harmonious reflection of Heather's artistic vision, focusing on shades of peach and pink to create a cohesive look throughout the styled shoot. Roses, peonies, lisianthus, and ranunculus mingled effortlessly, each bloom adding its own unique charm to the arrangement. To align with the modern Della Robbia trend, one of the bouquets was adorned with a baby pink pineapple, cleverly tying together the bouquet's colors in a playful yet sophisticated manner.

Fashion Forward Floral Accents: For Him

In keeping with emerging trends, Heather crafted a pocket square for the groom that perfectly matched the bridal bouquets. Featuring ranunculus, anemone, and freesia, and elevated with metal loops, this accessory exuded a sense of editorial flair and sophistication, reflecting Heather's commitment to pushing the boundaries of floral design.

As the styled wedding at Peach Orchard came to a close, guests departed with hearts full of love and memories of a day filled with the vibrant beauty of spring. Heather Bostick's artistry had transformed the orchard into a dreamscape, where love blossomed amidst the splendor of nature's bounty.
