The Robb Chapel can accommodate up to 300 guests, our Harvest venue holds up to 1,000 guests, and our Sanctuary can accommodate up to 1,800 + guests. Weddings can be scheduled up to 15 months in advance for church members and nine months in advance for non-members. All weddings must be booked at least three months in advance. You must be a member of The Woodlands Methodist Church at least 60 days prior to your reserving the Church to receive "member status". Ministers of The Woodlands Methodist Church will officiate all weddings

The wedding fee for the chapel includes pastor services, wedding coordinator, pre-marriage counseling, administrative fees, chapel coordinators, sound and lighting engineer, maintenance personnel, utilities, pre-marital workshop, and online marriage survey. The premarital workshop and online marriage survey are a part of your wedding fees, regardless of using a Woodlands Church Pastor or a guest Pastor.
